GAIL’S – OUR PRODUCERS

Commissioned by GAIL’s, Our Producers is a documentary series telling the stories of the independent makers behind its food: from chocolatiers and cheesemakers to millers, coffee roasters, egg producers and fermentation specialists.

Each film explores the relationship between craft, place and ingredient, giving the producers space to explain how and why they work. Shot with a close, observational approach, the series prioritises real process and natural behaviour over conventional product advertising.

The films were screened at Picturehouse Central and are available through GAIL’s online Our Producers series.
